Abstract
Anza is one of the Palestinian villages which are being served by a complete sewage system, which include a wastewater collection network ended up by a local wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). However, the treated wastewater is being pumped up to a tank and distributed to serve the agricultural lands in the village. This study aims to assess and propose recommendations for Anza WWTP. All relevant data were collected from different sources (e.g. population, water demand, wastewater generation, topography and landuse). GPS-X is used to simulate the design of this WWTP, Finally, the results out of this graduation project gave an assessment of the WWTP project and explained its criteria, design process and treated wastewater possible uses. Moreover, some recommendations of the sludge management and the WWTP design calculations were given in order to improve the treatment process in the WWTP
