Problems of the water sector have recently led to continuous deterioration of water quality, limited resources, depletion of the aquifer, Israeli control over surface water reservoirs, and other serious immediate consideration of alternative resources that would alleviate the crisis. This project comprises an integrated sanitation solution with collection systems, and wastewater treatment plant and reuse of the treated water in agriculture and industry sectors, reduce contamination and protect water resources for the village of Kafr Thulth (5606 inhabitants in 2017) With total area equal 11,530dunams. The project horizon is 2048. The expected outputs of the project is an expansion of sewage treatment facilities across Kafr Thulth, to serve all citizens, addressing public health and environmental issues and providing treated wastewater with a performance allowing wastewater reuse for agricultural and industrial use as appropriate for the nature of the target areas with an irrigation system for the reuse of treated wastewater including the distribution network, the main carriers, the storage facilities, the pumping station, the main gravity feeder line, the determination of the potential agricultural areas and the submission of a proposed distribution schedule. And when not possible, discharge the treated wastewater to the wadi. Treated wastewater reuse in the West Bank has not become a real practice yet. A public awareness is needed to allow the successful implementation of all the project components. However, in addition to small local reuse projects, that have been implemented, some major reuse projects are proposed in Nablus, Jericho, Jenin, and Tayasir areas in short-term vision. An additional water resource will be made available through those scheduled major development of wastewater treatment plants. To achieve the aforementioned objectives. First, all relevant data will be collected, water supply and demand, topography, population and wastewater production. Second, treatment plant network is to be designed by using GPSX program and conveyor networks using Water CAD software. Comparison criteria were set and included political, land availability, environmental, social, technical and financial aspects. Finally, conclusions and recommendations will be given The Draft Final Report, presents the results and the findings of all the Feasibility Study activities of the assignment and bill of quantities. An Environmental and Social Impact Assessment has been undertaken in parallel with the technical studies.en_US
