Abstract
This thesis intends to show the emerging concepts of resort, the two case studies picked support this statement each one has distinct factor, in order to define styles and aggregation of resort, the dead sea and it’s special features makes the concept more interesting, it creates a series of distinctive activities that are specific to this place and its privileges, the results achieved points to the emerging new paradigm and how it effects the different sectors specially the tourism and surrounding.
