In 1948, when the Zionist occupation destroyed several Palestinian towns and cities, and occupied them to build their entity, one of these towns was the village of Yazur, east of the city of Jaffa. The army occupied it in military operations, forced people to flee, and stripped their Palestinian identity. The restoration of Yazur, destroyed by the Israeli occupation, There is no doubt that it is a fleeting occupation, represents my Palestinian desire to preserve my history and my identity. The work is based on the collection of oral history, documents, and photographs that describe daily life in the village before its destruction and The current situation of the village under occupation The project is presented as an attempt to restore Yazur, not only in its exterior but also using an approach that restores the Palestinian spirit to the site. It also aims to raise awareness of the importance of preserving Palestinian heritage and the risk of losing the rights of refugees and their resettlement by defending the right to return to their home of origin.
