| dc.description.abstract | الإجهاض هو: إلقاء الحمل ناقص الخلق, أو ناقص المدّة, سواء تلقائياً أو بفعل فاعل. أجمع العلماء على حرمة الاجهاض بعد نفخ الروح، وأما قبل نفخ الروح فقد اختلفوا على عدة أقوال، وقد رجحت حرمت الإجهاض مطلقاً في جميع أطوار هذه المرحلة إلا لعذر شرعي. أما الجنين المشوه: هو الذي أصيب بتشوهات خَلقية غيرت في شكله، أو في هيئته أو في أي عضو من أعضائه, بحيث يمكن أن يؤثر فيه في المستقبل. والتشوهات التي تصيب الجنين ليست على درجة واحدة، منها البسيطة التي يمكن علاجها، وهذا النوع لا يجوز الاجهاض فيه، لعدم وجود العذر الشرعي، ومنها التشوهات الخطيرة والمتعذر علاجها قطعاً، وهذه تقضي على الجنين فيجهض تلقائياً. لكن هناك تشوهات خطيرة يمكن علاجها بصعوبة، وأحياناً لا يمكن علاجها وقد يعيش الطفل بها معتمداً على الآخرين، هذه هي مدار البحث بين العلماء المعاصرين والأطباء، للعلماء في هذه المسألة محل اتفاق: وهو حرمة إجهاض الجنين المشوه بعد نفخ الروح، أما محل الخلاف: فقد اختلفوا في حكم اجهاضه على عدة أقوال، وقد رجحت جواز إجهاض الجنين المشوه قبل نفخ الروح فيه, إذا تيقن طبياً أنه لا يمكن أن يعيش بهذه التشوهات؛ لأنه في حكم الميت في هذه الحالة، أما إذا كانت هذه التشوهات شديدة وتبقى مع الجنين في جسمه أو عقله, ولكنها لا تؤدي إلى موته وسيعيش معها مدة من العمر سواء طالت أو قصرت، فإنه لا يجوز إجهاضه. | en_US |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Abortion is dropping pregnancy that I incomplete in creation or time whether accidently or on purpose. All scientists agreed on forbidding abortion after having soul because the fetus becomes a human being that is not allowed to be killed without a legal cause. Before having soul religion scientist disagree on different opinions but they give preference to not allowing abortion at any stage unless there is a legal cause. The malformed fetus is the one that got malformation which changed his look or his shape or any organ from his organs that could affect him in the future. Mal formation aren’t the same some are simple and can be treated. Abortion isn’t alto wed for this type as there is no legal cause for it. Some mal for motions are so serious and can never be treated. These Malformations will kill the fetus and miscarriage happens spontaneously There are some serious spontaneously that can be treated with difficulty. The child can live with these malformations depending on others. These mall for motions are the ones that physicians and religion scientists are doing researches on. On this matter religion scientists agree that abortion is for bidden after having soul. They are in favor of allowing abortion before having soul for malformed fetus when doctors know that the fetus can't live because of this malformation .However if the serious malformation won't lead to the death of the fetes and it can live with the malformation abortion isn't permitted . | en_US |
