Cultural center are cultural buildings of prominent importance in providing various artistic and cultural services, and their goal is to develop in the fields of music, auditorium, folk arts, and fine arts. Where culture and cultural institutions must be taken care of, because through them, real talents are attracted and people's energies and creativity are released, which express the culture of our nation and our belonging to our homeland, as well as openness to the world's civilizations and their cultures. Due to the lack of cultural institutions and centers in the West Bank in particular, this building was chosen for this study and analysis, and in support of culture and arts in the society. In general, the Cultural center includes an auditorium that can accommodate about 300 people, an outdoor open auditorium that can accommodate about 100 people, a cafeteria, a library, halls for lectures, seminars or meetings, a decoration workshop, and an administration department. there should be a large private garage that can accommodate at least 150 vehicles. And it is important that it contains elevators, an entrance for people with special needs. This project will be studied in two phases: the first phase is a graduation project 1 in which we study various aspects such as the architectural aspect using AutoCAD and Rivet and the rivet program was used to analyze the site, then the structural aspect by making checks through the SAP program, and then the environmental aspect by adding opening, shutters and double glazed walls, and in general improving the general condition of the building. This will be done by researching, reading books, questioning, and visiting a site or similar site. Then the second phase will be Project 2, where we will study the best architectural, construction and economic solutions for the project with the implementation of mechanical and electrical safety systems and public safety systems. To help achieve the required human comfort everywhere and in the building, the ecosystem will be designed including all kinds of acoustic, thermal, appropriate lighting, strategies or techniques for the solar energy and facade needed to transform an ordinary building into an environmentally friendly building. Other systems will be designed in the building, including plumbing, emergency escape routes, and air conditioning systems. The last stage of the project is to calculate the quantities and cost of the building. There are engineering problems between the different disciplines in the 24 | P a g e building, such as architectural problems with construction, and they occur through that each discipline is concerned with a specific matter. The architect is concerned with the external building shape, the beauty of the building and the orientation of the building, while the constructor is concerned with the solidity and durability of the building and the materials used in construction. A problem may occur in the columns or beams or slabs or footing, or structural problems with HVAC, and they occur through the distribution of HVAC pipes that conflict with the structural plan, or architectural problems with the environment, and they occur by not directing the building in the right way and not exploiting the facades of the building in the right way or construction problems with sewage extensions, which occur through conflicting sewage schemes with construction schemes. The project will contain a report that includes all design details and drawings
