dc.description.abstract	Believing that defending for refugees’ right of decent living until their return to their origin lands is a duty for all of us, in accordance with our specialization and possibilities. This project has two main objectives: the first is to improve the urban environment in the camp, and the second one is to develop future scenarios for buildings uses when refugees return to their origin lands. So Al Ein Camp - Nablus City was selected as a case study. The strategic planning stages were followed in the diagnosis and analysis. One of the most important points that must be highlighted. That the relevant bodies to provide the basic services of the camp have always been aimed at improving the level of services in the refugee camps, in addition to improving the standard of living and producing researches to implement development projects. The population of the camp is 8243 person (according to UNRWA statistics 2016), where the population increased from 2500 person in the year of establish to 8243 person on the same land, which is just 45 dunums! This led a dramatic rising in the general population density from 55.5 to 133 person / dunums. And migration of the camp residents to live outside in the surrounding areas of ِAl-Ma'ajeen, Zawata and Beit Iba searching for better residential environment. It also noted the high poverty rate in the camp, which reached 33.1%, 18.7% under the poverty line as well as the high unemployment rate which reached 25.5%. And the percentage of the bad physical condition of the camp buildings is 22% of total buildings. 21% of the total population of the camp live in bad physical buildings. suffering from high dependency ratio (1.04), which means that almost every worker has the burden to support a person who does not work compared to the non-bad physical buildings with a dependency rate of (0.6)" two worker people support one person who does not work". The average monthly income in these buildings was approximately 2,000 NIS (construction workers (46%)), while in non-bad buildings the average income is (2200), in the West Bank (2,500 NIS) per month. According to the analysis the current services in the camp it is found a significant shortage. Whether the camp is considered a residential neighborhood or even a part of the Nablus master plan or even taking into consideration the age groups prevailing in the camp. This shortage in the most types of the services, residential, educational, administrative, cultural, commercial areas and mosques. Absence of recreational services inside the camp. A plan was proposed to meet the needs of the population of different services, focusing on the physical, services and environmental aspects. It accommodates the increase of the natural population and serves them with educational, recreational and cultural services through several improvement projects with their spatial location. Also a scenario was made for using the buildings in the camp after residents returning to their own lands. This scenario proposed the uses by preserving the Cultural Heritage of the buildings and in appropriate way to make a harmony with the surrounding.	en_US
