Abstract

"house building" is to be constructed in ramallah. It consists of four floor , the area of  floor is  250m .    The structural elements are designed by manual (theoretical) then apply verification by sap .Then the structural detailing  will be shown by AutoCAD program .Design objectives: The designed structure should sustain all loads and deformation within limits for construction use, and should be durable. All the above are design objectives that can be fulfilled by understanding the strength and deformation characteristics of the materials used in the design (concrete and steel)
