Abstract
This project is a study to Palestine energy sector based on collecting and analyzing data to study the options Palestine have to achieve energy dependence and stability in the energy supply. The results show that Palestine rely on Israeli supply of electricity and doesn’t have control on generation and supply which is one of the biggest challenges faces the dream of independent Palestinian state. Based on the collected data a four-scenario plane were made each scenario choses the best energy mix from different point of view and the perspective of these scenarios are environmental economic and social This project came to the result that Palestine should generate its own energy by sing utility scale PV power plants, wind turbines and natural gas to meet the country energy demand taking into confederation all factors affecting this process Other sources like rooftops PV, biomass and oil should participate in this mix to get a reliable system all year
