| dc.description.abstract | This project explores the work of the dough cutting machine. It is widely recognized that such machine is vital at bakery workplaces to save time and efforts. The designed machine is also essential for other purposes such as: increasing efficiency in the work where the workers do not have to do the work by themselves. In addition, it can be used to cut other materials in the bakery workplaces. The main aim of this project is to design dough cutting machine able to reduce workers’ number in workplace as well as increasing the productivity by cutting large amount of the dough quickly and suitable accurately as required. In addition, this machine will control the size of the dough ball by suitable techniques. | en_US |
