Abstract
The project is considered one of the pioneering projects that aim to support the desired economic development and encourage the trend towards Investment as a basic and important activity for the economic movement. This research talks about the graduation project, which is a residential (hotel) commercial complex. The project includes:
The commercial aspect of shops and trade fairs in addition to a huge hypermarket to meet the needs
It also includes a health club, cinema, entertainment halls and gardens, in addition to a wide range of restaurants and cafeterias. As for the residential side, which is a hotel, it contains suites, single rooms, and double rooms. In addition to a multi-purpose hall for holding various occasions and seminars. This project is considered a new line trend represented in the integration of several activities in one building. This project was chosen as a development project for the city and a landmark for its construction and to provide the reasons for the need for it. It contributes to the economy, meets the needs of citizens, and provides them with recreational activities.
