| dc.description.abstract | Mechatronics engineers’ use technology to find solutions of problems concerning time and effort. Computer numeric control (CNC) machines are very important in industrial applications from smallscale industry to large companies. A water jet cutter, is an industrial tool capable of cutting a wide variety of materials using a very highpressure jet of water, or a mixture of water and an abrasive substance. Water jet cutting often Used to cut certain forms may be made of plastic, iron, aluminum, tin and other materials. It Ls the preferred method when the materials being cut are sensitive to the high temperatures generated by other methods. Water jet cutting is used in various industries, including mining and aerospace, for cutting, shaping, and reaming. We have done a pre-study of the machine and took all the details from the manufacturing stage to the programming phase. Starting with the design of the machine structure, the design needs high precision. After that we have done install and assemble the electronic parts. And finally programming the machine to become able to do its job. | en_US |
