Abstract

Abstract Managing school-related information and communication among parents, students, teachers, and administrators can be challenging when handled through fragmented systems. SchoolHub is a smart school management application designed to unify these processes within a single digital platform that enhances communication and provides real-time access to academic and administrative data. The system adopts a multi-user model that includes parents, students, teachers, school administrators, and warehouse administrators, where each user interacts with the application according to their assigned role. Parents can monitor their children’s academic progress, attendance, uniform requests, and direct communication with teachers. Students are provided with access to timetables, homeworks and exams, grades, and an integrated academic calendar to support academic organization. Teachers can efficiently manage classes by recording attendance, assigning homework, entering grades, submitting absence requests, and communicating with parents. School administrators oversee students and staff, schedules ,and official announcements, while warehouse administrators manage uniforms, stock, and related requests. The application further supports features such as grade management, exam scheduling, messaging system, smart uniform management, administrative control, posts notifications, and the generation of training quizzes with instant correction tools. Overall, SchoolHub aims to improve school operations, enhance communication, and provide a reliable digital environment that supports all stakeholders in the educational process.
