Abstract
This research came to support the first national idea, which is to
strengthen the steadfastness of the citizen in the Palestinian
territories, in particular the lands named C and under the control
of the occupation, and to work on economic development for the
growth and development of the city and the neighboring areas,
due to what these areas are exposed to and the establishment of
settlements and military bases, most of which constitute the areas
named C, which is a percentage 87%, and also when these areas
represent less residential density in the West Bank and the lack of
population expansion there, as the city’s location mediates
between three governorates, Tubas, Jericho, Nablus, and between
four communities, which are Tammun, Zbeidat, Jiftlik, Furush
Beit Dajan, based on criteria and site selection The appropriate
and the result at the end of the research is a Master plan for the
city based on its future needs, as well as some detailed plans for
some areas to reflect the laws and regulations of the city
