Abstract
Our product is a system that archives important papers within institutions, where these documents are archived for quick return to them when needed.
Where each employee enters the system through his own username and password, where each employee opens his own interface commensurate with his tasks entrusted to him within the institution, where this is controlled through the feature of adding powers.
Where the employee archives all the papers he deals with during his shift, where he performs the archiving process in a very easy way, as the employee can also control who can see what he archived, The entire archive is returned, and any archive can also be accessed by searching for any word related to the archive.
