Abstract
We live in the 21st century, and we are witnessing an industrial, scientific revolution and a great
technological development, so we choose to work on a digital center project due to scarcity of this
type of projects in our country.
This project designed by an architectural student in her fourth year, it will be built in Nablus-Haifa
street with total site area equal 3967 m2
and the built area is divided into nine floors and basements
with total area equal 7724.925 m2
.
This project will be approached over two phases. The first one is graduate project 1, which will
shed light on different aspects such, as architectural structural and environmental. While the
second phase will be at graduate project 2, which will focus on searching for the optimum and best
architectural, structural and economical solutions and scenarios.
In this semester, in order to achieve these objectives, we will adopt literature review as a first step
to understand our project, its functions, relationships and specifications. Then, basic simulations
for structural and environmental performance will be realized to achieve safety and comfort for
occupants. Then some modifications and improvements could be applied to achieve the best
conditions for building performance.
