Abstract
“SMART QUEUE MANAGEMENT FOR VACCINATION SYSTEM” is an android and web-based management system designed for vaccination clinics. The system provides services for two types of actors: vaccination officials and mothers of child. This system has many facilities for the participating actors.
The system aims to help clinic officials in organizing arrivals and departures of mothers during the vaccination service. Moreover, it aims to avoid congestion in the service area, especially in the presence of the Corona-virus. The system introduces a smart queue that aims to enhance the visitors experience while receiving their service.
