Abstract
In order to shoot a cinematic photo, one must have so many tools and setups. You may need a stabilizer, lighting, décor, and obey rules of shooting such as rule of thirds; thus, requiring a professional camera. Recently, though, this has been altered due to the rapid development of smartphones and the powerful built-in cameras. Not to mention the weight trade-off. Which all makes the need for a pro-camera excessive. Thus, the trend recently has been toward using smartphones to shoot almost everything. this project tries to emphasize this idea by creating a device that exploits the capability of a smartphone's camera. the project's aims to stabilize the image and remotely being able to take pictures. It also manifests asking the device to set objects in specific points in the frame. Using a smartphone's camera, the smartphone asks the user to select a point inside the frame which he wants the human face inside. Then the phone analyzes the frame or the image being seen by the camera sensor and detects the human's face. it then Finds the offset (the distance) between the face and the desired point. And finally sends a command (which include the offset) to the device. Then the device uses the received offset to move its arms in order to put that human face in the point selected by the user. and finally send a success message back to the phone. The phone receives the message and captures the pic.
