Abstract
We are looking to develop a mobile application to help patients connect through with their doctors, help them in many different ways and same goes for doctors who will be able to see and help their patients, and keep track of their patients’ condition. The application will be able to remind patients to take their medicine on time and should be able to help them hear or listen to the details of each medicine he or she uses by utilizing OCR it should get the uses, side effects, precautions, interactions and overdose of the medicine. All of the patient usage of medicine should be recorded and plotted and the doctor will be able to see it to decide what the best course of actions the patient should do, by using the application to connect them together with a chatting system.
