Abstract
An-Najah University is one of the largest universities in Palestine, it contains many faculties, and one of these faculties is the faculty of engineering. Ten percent of its students are in the faculty of architecture .Because of the increasing trend toward studying in this faculty, it is necessary to study a project that provides suitable services for these students. Where the reality of engineering faculties maybe not matches with the standards for these faculties, there is a need to provide many services for the students like printing area, galleries and different laboratories, from this comes the importance of this project. The target of this project that will be achieved is to make an assessment for the existed architecture's plans in all engineering aspects from architectural, environmental, structural and electro-mechanical. This project will be accomplished in two phases during academic year 2018/2019. Firstly, research phase that includes analyzing the existed plans and determine all defects in it, search about specification and standards for this type of faculty from literature, all the systems that will be used in this faculty will be analyzed using simulation programs, determine all defects in the existed design and avoid it in the new design. Secondly, redesign phase that aims to enhance the existed design according to the collected information and simulations in the first phase and avoid the determined defects in the previous design. Finally, obtained all the results to create fully detailed plans in all engineering aspects. .
