Abstract
Conference is a meeting of two or more persons for discussing matters of a common concern, it’s a vital way to exchange and share knowledge and experiences. Organizing a conference is not an easy process, especially nowadays, the more topics you want to include, and the more number of audience you intend to target, the more complex and harder the process is.
People used to deal with conference issues with conventional and non-specialized approaches, but with revolution in science, technology, medicine, and all knowledge fields, the need to create and organize an effective conference is become more crucial, due to the powerful impact of these meetings at these fields.
Conferencer is an application to deal with and facilitate all conference aspects, it’s a way to create a virtual world that joins as many people and conferences in a certain field as possible.
This application will be both, web site and mobile application. The system consists of multiple users providing a lot of facilities, the user can be the administrator (organizer) of the conference, who will be able to create this conference, add agenda, and automatically set the location where it will be held. The user also can be the speaker for that conference or an attendee in the audience.
The system will have a notification system to inform the user about the time and date of the agenda of the conference, upcoming sessions, and also the live and concurrent activities.
