CONCEPT:
The fact that this estate provides users with an almost panoramic view of the city of Nablus makes it an attractive structure for tourists hoping to experience the beauty of Nablus city and its wonderful surroundings, mainly since the urban plan of this pinnacle of civilization will be in full view.
The structure is bordered from the two sides by two complete opposites, which are the nature as it was made with all the peaks offering a charming combination of calmness and peace as well as the life of the city with all its activity and vitality all are visible from this incredible view.
FORM & FUNCTION:
Divide the building into two sections to maintain the privacy of the function while keeping the connection between the two sections with a rest area
The building consists of two main blocks, one of which includes conference rooms, events, weddings and management with their services, and the other block include rooms and mansions, which are designed by harmonious lines so consistent with the site contour.
The roof include the external swimming pool , coffee shop , restaurant also the hotel include beauty center , gym and closed swimming pool with their services .
