Abstract
The main idea of the project is to revive the library concept and encourage reading and learning through a design that combines nature and human beings:
First, the general form give an effect of lightness, transparency and flew body heading to a continuous movement and the availability and progress ,integrates the architecture, it is a destination between the site (the surrounding nature) and the functions of the library, through the use of (local high tech) to combine the style of the buildings and what attracts the attention and technology.
Secondly, the function : the library combines the various technological facilities of audio and visual libraries, electronic books and other facilities of books, references, periodicals and magazines and presented in modern ways.
The use of the environment and the integration of the project encourages the visitor to visit the library, which has been transformed from a place to collect books to an interactive area and attractive garden.
