Abstract
Abstract Pharmaceutical industry is a very sensitive and dangerous industry because it deals with peoples life, so, we can apply Six Sigma in this industry as a disciplined, data-driven problem solving approach or methodology supported by powerful statistical tools in order to reduce variation through continuous process improvement and to improve quality of products and business processes. In order to apply six sigma in pharmaceutical industry : the first step is evaluating the current situation in pharmaceutical companies through structural interviews with quality department manager , the next step is to choose a company to work with according to the best quality application, so, there is a chance to apply a new concept of quality in that company, then we should solve a problem in this company according to their request and need , finally our mission is to solve this problem by using six sigma DMAIC Methodology to achieve a better attitude and to save a lot of money and time.
