Abstract
Since tourism is one of the key industries in our time, and it represents the basic
cycle of the national economy rings so it is considered an integral part of the
economic sector portion, so this project aims to develop and regulate the tourism
sector in the West Bank and especially northern Governorates leisure tourism in
particular being one of the oldest and most comprehensive tourism types, which is
characterized by a length of the period spent by tourists in the tourist site and that will
move and support the national economy, and to achieve this type of tourism and an
effort to develop tourism in all governorates of the West Bank in general and the
provinces, especially the North we have been keen on the choice of the best places
in the provinces of the north to be an incubator for this type of tourism and the need
for many of the qualifications and the tourism potential that contribute to the tourism
and recreational support and maintain the continuity of development.
And by reference to many of Tourism Studies and access to important in the West
Bank, natural sites and tourist were Bathan village located in Nablus, which mediates
the northern governorates of the most villages that has many qualifications and
tourist characteristics that qualify it to be an incubator for this type of tourism, and the
development process has been based on the vision that we aspire to achieve in the
village reverting the most important strategies and ways to achieve sustainability in
the region.
And ensure that we achieve the development process in the region in an integrated
manner, without isolating it from the main tourist sites in the West and to make the
village a core constituency of all the tourists, it has been proposed tourist path
connects the most important West tourist sites so that is the village of Bathan is the
starting tourist path that achieves many points goals .vinl leisure tourism
