In order to accomplish this study, it depended on the database of the Palestinian Household Survey of 2010, which was performed by the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics with the coordination and corporation of the Ministry of Health and with the technical and financial partnership of the United Nation International Children's Emergency Fund (UNFPA). During this survey, a large group of indicators related to the death of infants and women's reproductive health has been measured. This study used two indicators only. The first indicator is women who have previously married at the age between (15-54). The second indicator is children whose age is less than a year. The study contained 1651 death cases among children who hadn't completed their first year. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach to give an image about the study sample and the distribution of infants' deaths according to the variables which were included in the research and to know the relation of each one of them with the death level of infants. The intersection tables and the hypotheses testing were used. For that purpose, the study has been divided into several chapters. The first chapter included the study's problem, goals, importance, questions, variables and hypotheses. The second chapter included the health care for the child and the mother through the study of the health situation in the Palestinian Territories under the Israeli Occupation and under the Palestinian National Authority. The third chapter included the evaluation of the rate of infants' deaths in the Palestinian territories comparing with the Arab World and the whole world, and the evaluation of the rate of infants' deaths disparities in the Palestinian Territories. The fourth chapter included the most important demographic, economic, and social factors which affect the rate of infants' deaths in the Palestinian Territories. The study was finished by the fifth chapter which contained the results ad recommendation. We can summarize the results as the following: there is a decline in the rate of infants' deaths this year based on the results of the Palestinian Household Survey 2010 comparing with previous surveys. There is an inverse relationship between the mother's age during the first marriage and her age during the first birth and the blood relationship between the husband and the wife and the educational level and the infants' deaths. The is an influence relates to natural breast-feeding and the time of receiving it and the infants' deaths. Moreover, the death rate between infants is raised with children whose weight is less or more than the natural weight. The researcher recommended to increase the teaching campaigns for mothers and girls on every aspect related to reproductive health and early marriage ect. And to improve the quality of the health services in rural areas and camps and to make the citizens aware of the importance of informing any infants' death in order to recognize its levels and direction.
