    Praise be to Allah , the cherisher and sustainer (of the) worlds , prayers and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, our master Muhammad and his family and friends, and those who walked on his approach to the day of judgment. This research is consisted of an introduction and five chapters. In the introduction the researcher confirmed on implementing God’s law( Sharia’a), and its importance to the muslim society. In chapter one: the researcher define the term ( the limits set by Allah” Had”) linguistically and in the lights of the law of God” sharia’a”. The researcher found out that God's limits" Had" are set in the Holly Quran and in the purified Sounna. Then he discussed kinds of the limits set by Allah” Had” and that it were set for the protection , safety and sake of Muslim society, and spreading justice and prosperity among people. In chapter two: the researcher discussed the statements of scientists and scholars on what God meant by:” and those charged with authority among you”. An-Nisa' – Women verse:59, and found out that they are the scientists, scholars and the leaders. The researcher pointed out the muslim leader must be obeyed and the seriousness of disobeying him, unless being obviously infidelity. In chapter three: the researcher discussed scholarly points of view in implementing God’s limits” Had”, that it’s an authority given to only the leaders and guardians through which either the disobedient go to the guardian themselves or be taken to them to establish god’s law on them in order to purify them. In chapter four: the researcher explained who is authorized to establish God’s law ”Had”, and that is the right of the guardians, by establishing it on both free people and slaves. In chapter five: the researcher discussed scholarly statements and points of views in implementing God’s limits” Had” and that it is obliged in case of establishing an Islamic governing system. The God's limits "Had" can't be carried out without the guardians approval, and unimplementing them will lead to many temptations and all kinds of corruption. The researcher concluded from his research that establishing God’s limits” Had” is one of our religion duties, and the Legislation system has regulate its rules and determined its authorization, exclusively implementing it throw the guardians only, to avoid temptation and all kinds of corruption, to regulate muslim nations life, to accomplish security and justice and finally to gain happiness in this world and in the hereafter.
