| dc.description.abstract | تتكون هذه الرسالة من مقدمة وأربعة فصول حيث عالجت في المقدمة أهمية هذا الموضوع وفي الفصل الأول أوضحت مفهوم الخلوة لغة واصطلاحا وأوضحت العلاقة بين المعنى اللغوي والاصطلاحي. وفي الفصل الثاني تطرقت الى صور الخلوة من خلال الخلوة بالأجنبية والخلوة لعذر والخلوة بالمخطوبة وتوصلت الى الحكم الشرعي لكل نوع من أنواع هذه الخلوات حيث التحريم. وفي الفصل الثالث تطرقت الى الآثار المترتبة على الخلوة وتبين أن هناك خلوة صحيحة وخلوة فاسدة والأحكام المتعلقة بهما ، وفي هذا الفصل تبين لي موانع الخلوة. وفي الفصل الرابع بينت أنواع الخلوة من حيث المهر والعدة والنسب والنفقة وتحريم المصاهرة والإحصان. وفي الأخير قمت بعمل خاتمة للبحث حيث شملت أهم الأمور التي توصلت إليها في هذا البحث . | ar |
