| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis, I have prepared a study for my graduation project titled " SEROVA Therapeutic Tourist Resort" including a set of chapters that addressed the details of the project, which will be relied upon in the design of Graduation Project 2. The main points addressed in the chapters are: In Chapter One, a comprehensive introduction to tourist resorts was made, including a historical overview and their main types. It also clarified the reason for choosing this project, its importance, and the urgent need for it. As for Chapter Two, it analyzed a global case study similar to the selected project, detailing its location, functions, construction systems, and the materials used in its establishment. As for Chapter Three, it provided a comprehensive analysis of the nature of the selected site geographically and historically. It also included identifying a plot of land for the project and analyzing it in terms of its natural features and surrounding landmarks to ensure a design that aligns with the surrounding environment with minimal impact. Finally, Chapter Four discusses the project’s program, focusing on the required functions, design standards, expected spaces, and the relationships between the various project areas. | |
