The researcher also details on this maintenance from a religions perspective. That is, the extent of the legislator power to force the owner of the animal to provide this maintenance. The researcher also tackled this maintener for a gudicial perspective. That is, the extent of the gudges power or rulers power to commit the owner to provide maintenarce to his animal.
