dc.description.abstractNature is one of the most beautiful gifts of God Almighty to us, as many people resort to it for psychological comfort, treatment and to get rid of psychological pressures. However, nature in Palestine is exposed to various types of marginalization and destruction. Where nature in Palestine is exposed to many threats such as: random construction, urban sprawl, illegal fishing, littering, and the lack of experts and specialists. Which led to the decline of the natural areas in Palestine and thus the extinction of many types of animals and plants. In addition to the occupation policies that work to sabotage nature in the West Bank and, in turn, pay great attention to it in the occupied territories, making them tourist and prestigious places for visitors and citizens. Certainly, nature has an important role in our lives as it is the first source of oxygen and its role in maintaining ecological balance, preventing global warming, and moderating the climate and air in the atmosphere. Preserving nature is a human duty for the continuation and development of his life and the life of all living creatures. Conservation of nature takes many forms: from scientific research, eco-tourism, awareness-raising, sustainable use of vital resources and others. That is why the idea of the Nature Conservation Center project in Palestine came about, which is concerned with preserving the vegetation cover and the animal diversity that exists in our country. This center also aims to rehabilitate and train those interested and teach them methods of protecting and dealing with nature, studying and monitoring biodiversity in Palestine, in addition to eco-tourism and natural paths. This research has been divided into several chapters to deal with each chapter a specific topic about the design of the Nature Conservation Center, the design criteria, the existing functions in the building and the way to link them, and some study cases related to the project.en_US
