| dc.description.abstract | The inductive method in collecting the novels in addition to the applied analytical one have been used in this study. The study was based on collecting the novels of muhammed ben Muslim ben Tadrus ( Abu al-Zubayr al-Mekki) in the Six Hadith Books by the process of inductive according to their narrators and evidences. Also, the judgment according to the scholars' curricula was adopted in this study. The study consists of an introductions, two sections and section inclues the scientific study of the narrator and the scholars' opinions about his novels. It has two subsections; the former is about Abu Al-Zubair biography and his Age, the later is about him. Second section clarifies the applied side of the study and narration. Also, they have been divided into six chapters according to their narration. Finally, the conclusion includes the results and the suggestions which have been recommended. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | اعتمد الباحث في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الاستقرائي في جمع الروايات، ثم المنهج التحليلي التطبيقي في دراستها. وقامت هذه الدراسة على جمع روايات محمد بن مسلم بن تدرس "أبو الزبير المكي" في الكتب الستة، واستقصائها بتخريج متابعاتها وشواهدها، والحكم عليها وفق مناهج العلماء الأجلاء على مرِّ العصور. وقد اشتملت هذه الرسالة على مقدمة وقسمين وخاتمة: اشتمل القسم الأول على الدراسة العلمية للراوي أبي الزبير المكي وموقف العلماء من رواياته، وقد اشتمل على فصلين: الأول بحث في ترجمة أبي الزبير وعصره. أما الفصل الثاني: فكان يبحث في مسألة تدليس أبي الزبير، وآراء العلماء في ذلك. أما القسم الثاني من الرسالة فتضمن الجانب التطبيقي، حيث جمع الباحثُ الروايات في الكتب الستة تخريج ودراسة، وقد قسمها الباحث إلى ستة فصول حسب حال رواية أبي الزبير لها. ثم الخاتمة ليضع فيها الباحث أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها، والتوصيات التي رآها. | ar |
