dc.description.abstract	This project design and builds a prepaid water meter. This water meter come with payment system based on IOT technology (Internet Of Things). A Valve in the water meter will control the water ﬂow in the system, the state of the valve is based on customer balance which stored in Firebase, so if the balance contains money then the water ﬂows through the pipe and the ﬂow sensor reads water ﬂow rate, else the valve closed and prevent water ﬂows. The payment information will be sent to the cloud database (Firebase in this case) using IOT technology with raspberry pi. A 20x4 character LCD is used to display water, payment information. An ESP8266-01 Wi-Fi module is used to connect the WIFI to the Arduino. This project use python language with raspberry pi3 and C++ language with Arduino IDE which used to program Arduino and NodeMCU.	en_US
