| dc.description.abstract | Islam approved of opposition as a freedom for all people and considered it a forbear duty. The real and lively proofs of that can be clearly seen on the verses of the I Holy Koran and the sayings of prophet Muhammad ( peace he upon him ) and in- the mode of life followed by the Rashidi Caliphs. The evidence of this was obviously illustrated in the laws that orders for good deeds and for dids had ones. Another aspect for this can be seen in establishing advisory councels, organizing religious discussions and jurisprudence law. To ensure this freedom the Islamic Law established ( Wilayat Al-Hisba and Al-Mathalem ) merely For this purpose. But we shouldn't forget that Islamic Law Individual corruption which aims at social and individual corruption and considered it a political crime that requires punishment. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | شاءت حكمة الله عز وجل، أن يخلق الناس مختلفين في مداركهم وعقلهم وأفكارهم، لذا أقر الإسلام الرأي الآخر، وجعل له مكانه، وصوته المسموع إن كان يهدف إلى الانتقاد البناء، والأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر من أجل الوصول غالى جادة الحق والصواب، فنصوص القرآن الكريم وأحاديث الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم، وسيرة الخلفاء الراشدين من بعده هي الدليل الحي والواقعي على ذلك. وتعددت مظاهر المعارضة في الإسلام كالشورى، والأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر والاجتهاد والمناقشات الدينية. وكفل الإسلام المعارضة البناءة للأفراد والجماعات، فكان من مهام ولاية الحسبة وولاية المظالم صيانة الحقوق والحريات للأفراد والجماعات، وضبط المعارضة بالعديد من الضوابط حتى تؤدي دورها وتأتي أكلها، فلا معارضة إن كانت المفسدة أكبر من المصلحة ولا معارضة كذلك من أجل المعارضة فقط، ولا معارضة فيما فيه نص شرعي قطعي الدلالة قطعي الثبوت. كما وحارب الإسلام المعارضة الفاسدة التي تهدف إلى إفساد المجتمع وسفك الدماء واعتبرها جريمة سياسية، واعتبر دعاتها مجرمين سياسيين إن كان لهم قوة ومنعة وأصحاب تأويل وخرجوا عن قبضة الحاكم. | ar |
