dc.description.abstract | The aim of this project is to analyses theoretical and practical design for thermo furnace is order to melt different material that melted up to 1200 C for uses in other applications such as casting for producing pieces of different size and different properties.Although ,the idea of the furnace already exist ,in some factories in Palestine ,but this type of furnace is not used in the university for this purpose . A thermo furnace is required to be used in the university labs in order to provide the students more practical information about melting metals .In addition ,an improvement such as increasing the furnace efficiency by increasing the amount of combustion and decreasing the amount of heat loss which can be done by increasing the insulation resistance to increase the internal heat .The melting materials heating loads and their resistance to high temperature are calculated, moreover, the manufacturing parts of the furnace and final stage for the complete furnace are described. At the end of this report, a future works are suggested for more improvements | en |
