Design of Businessmen Forum Building

Abstract

The project is a redesign of the Businessmen forum building. The aim of this project is to get a building that provides comfortable various spaces for the businessmen and their activities. The project will go through three stages. The first one is the literature review which includes studying the standards aspects for the design. The second stage is evaluating for the existing building in terms of architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, environmental and safety aspects. The third one is the design stage. At the end, a new design will be proposed that achieves the previous objectives and avoiding the problems in the existing building.
