dc.description.abstractThis study aims to measure local community participation in master plan of Hebron District and its people’s point of view. A questionnaire was designed to find out local community point of view. 400 people were randomly selected and were also asked to answer the questionnaire. Data were tabulated and were analyzed using SPSS. The study has revealed that 61% of those who were interviewed did not hear about the master plan. It was also found out that 9.6% participated in such a master plan. Despite that fact that 4% consider it as an excellent one, it was found that 22% of local communities consider that the master plan was not satisfactory. The study has also revealed that were no statistical significance between local community’s participation with age and income, but there were there were statistical significance between gender and education.en
dc.description.abstractتسعى هذه الدراسة إلى قياس المشاركة الشعبيّة في المخطط الهيكلي من وجهة نظر سكان التجمعات الحضريّة في محافظة الخليل، وذلك من خلال الإجابة عن التساؤلات التي وردت في الاستبانة المخصصة لهذه الدراسة، ومن ثم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSSاعتمادا على المنهج التحليلي، حيث تمّ اختيار عينة عشوائيّة بلغت (400) شخص تمثل جميع السكان في التجمعات الحضريّة في محافظة الخليل، كما تهدف إلى تحديد أهم الملامح والمميزات الخاصة بعملية المشاركة الشعبيّة في عملية التخطيط، من حيث طرق المشاركة ودورها في التنمية المحليّة، كما تسعى الدراسة للتعرف على مدى إقبال السكان وإدراكهم لأهمية المشاركة.وقد توصلت الدراسة الى نتائج عدة منها: ان (61،2%) من أفراد العينة لم يسمعوا بالمخطط الهيكلي، وأنّ (9،5%) قد شاركوا في عملية التخطيط، توزعت مشاركاتهم بين المشاركة في الإعداد والاعتراض،كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أنّ (22%) من المجيبين يعتبرون المخطط الهيكلي سيئا و(4%) اعتبروه ممتازا، وتوزعت النسب الأخرى بين مقبول وجيد، وبخصوص نتائج فرضيات الدراسة اتضح عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائيّة بين المشاركة الشعبيّة ومتغيري العمر والدخل، بينما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائيّة بين المشاركة الشعبيّة ومتغيري التعليم والنوع الاجتماعي.ar
