dc.description.abstractAbstract The current study aimed to identify change management and determine organizational justice in private schools in Jerusalem from the viewpoints of principals. In this study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and based on the problem and objectives of the study, the study population consisted of male and female principals of private schools in Jerusalem, where the size of the population reached the study included 82 male and female directors. It is clear from the results of the study that the reality of change management was high with a arithmetical average of (3.85) and an approval rate of (77%). It is also clear from the results of the study that the reality of organizational justice was high with a arithmetical average of (3.97) and an approval rate of 79.4%. Among the results of the study is that there is a statistically significant relationship at the significance level (0.05) between the total score for the first axis: The reality of change management and the organizational justice report, where the Pearson correlation coefficient reached (0.92), which is statistically significant at the significance level (0.05). In light of the results of the study, it was proposed Recommendations, the most notable of which are: • It is necessary for the school administration to employ informal communications between the different organizational levels in the school, such as family visits • The need for the school administration to allocate a large portion of its budget to develop its employees, and for the school administration to involve employees in decision-making, and for the school administration to work to reduce centralization in decision-making.
