dc.descriptionThis study aimed to diagnose the extent to which Palestinian banks adhere to the standards of governance issued by the Palestinian Monetary Authority. The descriptive approach to the study, in order to fit the nature of the study, and the researcher prepared a questionnaire and distributed (400) copies of it to workers in Palestinian banks in the northern West Bank governorates, which are (Nablus, Salfit, Tubas, Jenin, Qalqilya, Tulkarm), and after collecting the valid questionnaires. For statistical analysis, which numbered (387), and analyzed using the SPSS program, and the researcher concluded that the Palestinian banks in the northern West Bank apply the principles of governance in a large way, and these results were interpreted in the fifth chapter. The annual appendix is a separate appendix that deals with the mechanism for applying corporate governance in the bank, and providing support and assistance to Palestinian banks to raise the level of corporate governance and move from fulfilling the mandatory requirements of corporate governance to implementing corporate governance requirements. for additional instructions.en_US
