dc.description.abstractThis Study aims to identify the trends of students in physical education faculty at Al-Aqsa University in Gaza towards working in the fields of teaching and training. The study sample consisted of (95) students who have been selected by purposive sample. The researcher used the descriptive approach. The most important result is that there is a positive trend in the sample of the study towards the career of teaching, with a statistically significant difference in favor of females. Also, there is a positive trend in the sample of the study towards the profession of training with no noticeable differences between males and females.en
dc.description.abstractهدفت الدراسة للتعرف إلى اتجاهات طلبة كلية التربية الرياضية بجامعة الأقصى بغزة نحو العمل بمهنتي التدريس والتدريب، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (95) طالباً وطالبة، وقد اختيرت عينة الدراسة بالطريقة القصدية، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وكانت أهم النتائج وجود اتجاه إيجابي عام لدى عينة البحث نحو مهنة التدريس، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لصالح الإناث، ووجود اتجاه إيجابي لدى عينة الدراسة نحو العمل بمهنة التدريب، ولم توجد فروق بين الجنسين في الاتجاه نحو التدريب، ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة ما يلي: 1) تطوير المناهج والمقررات الدراسية التي تعمل على تدعيم الاتجاه نحو مهنتي التدريس والتدريب في التربية الرياضية. 2) الاهتمام بتوفير الأجهزة والأدوات والطاقم التدريسي لتوفير الخريج الكفء في التربية الرياضية.ar
