Design Of Hotel

Abstract

This project shows the structural analysis and design for the building of Hotel Five Star . The building consist of seven story with area   (505 m2 ). The project has been divided to (7 block ) by seismic expansion joint . we  make design for building number (4).   The structural system will be a combination of frames and shear walls. In this system shear walls and frames are acting together to resist lateral forces. The slabs will be designed as one-way ribbed slab, while the beams will be designed as drop beams and the internal partitions are Gypsum board of  (15cm )thickness.5 25 . :
