| dc.description.abstract | يعتبر الوقف من أهم الموارد الشرعية المساهمة في جودة التعليم وتطور البحث العلمي عبر العصور في تاريخ الحضارة الإسلامية، ونظرا للدعوات المتجددة لتطوير تدريس العلوم الشرعية بما يواكب العصر، والثورة الهائلة في مجال الوسائل الإلكترونية الحديثة وتقنيات الاتصال والتواصل، يمكن أن تُثار الإشكالية الآتية: ما هو دور الوقف الإلكتروني في جودة التعليم الشرعي؟ ويأتي هذا البحث للإجابة عن هذه الإشكالية ببيان مفهوم الوقف الإلكتروني، وأهم صوره وأشكاله المعاصرة، وإبراز دوره في جودة التعليم الشرعي، ويتعلق الأمر بالبرامج الإلكترونية، والمواقع والمنتديات والملتقيات التعليمية، وتطبيقات الهواتف الذكية، والجامعات الإلكترونية، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي بشكلٍ أساسٍ، مع استعمال متفاوت للمنهج التحليلي، والمنهج الاستقرائي. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The Waqf is one of the most important resources of Shariaa that contribute to the quality of education and the development of scientific research throughout the ages in the history of Islamic civilization. In view of the renewed calls for the development of teaching Shariaa sciences in the modern era, and the tremendous revolution in the field of modern electronic devices and communication techniques, can raise the following problem: What is the role of electronic-Waqf in the quality of Shariaa education? The aim of this research is to answer this problem by presenting the concept of electronic-Waqf, its most important forms and contemporary forms, and highlighting its role in the quality of shariaa education. These include electronic programs, websites, forums, educational forums, smart phone applications, libraries and e-universities, using, basically, the descriptive approach, with the analytical approach and the inductive approach. | |
