| dc.description.abstract | The study came in an introduction, four chapters, and a conclusion. the first chapter dealt of the contemporary sales-related foods, such as selling all of expired foods, canned foods containing preservatives and additives, as well as the sale of genetically modified foods, where I define these sales , and then the discuss the damage caused by them, then showed the jurisdiction of the sale. Chapter two dealt with in II, contemporary sales harmful relating drinks, such as the sale shish molasses, and sale of energy drinks, and I declare these sales, and the damage caused by drinking it. in the third chapter, I discussed the harmful contemporary sales-related toys, such as the sale of fireworks, selling dangerous electrical games, i define these sales, and then the statement of the damage caused by their use, then showed the jurisdiction of the sale, and in the fourth chapter, I discussed the contemporary sales harmful medicines, cosmetics, such as the sale of manufactured sexual stimulants, and sale of cosmetics, and I discussed the damage caused by their use, then showed the jurisdiction of the sale. In the conclusion, I discussed the most important results and recommendations, followed by the list of sources and references. As most important that genetically modified foods are permissible for lack of damage they make, energy drinks are permissible in terms of origin, unless it included Muharram, or exceeds their limits, as they will be prohibited and prevented. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع البيوع المعاصرة الضارة بصحة الإنسان، وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في الإجابة على أسئلة أهمّها: ما الأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بهذه البيوع؟ وإظهار مدى استيعاب القوانين الفلسطينية لهذه المشكلة، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وقد جاءت الرسالة في مقدمة، وأربعة فصول، وخاتمة، تناولت في الفصل الأول منها البيوع المعاصرة الضارة المتعلقة بالأطعمة، مثل بيع كل من الأطعمة منتهية الصلاحية، والأطعمة المعلبة المحتوية على مواد حافظة ومضافات غذائية، وكذلك بيع الأطعمة المعدّلة وراثياً، حيث قمت بتعريف هذه البيوع، ومن ثَمّ بيان الأضرار الناجمة عن تناولها، ثم بينت الحكم الشرعي لبيعها، وتناولت في الفصل الثاني، البيوع المعاصرة الضارة المتعلقة بالأشربة، مثل بيع المعسّل، وبيع مشروبات الطاقة، وقمت بتعريف هذه البيوع، ومن ثَمّ بيان الأضرار الناجمة عن شربها، ثم بينت الحكم الشرعي لبيعها، وتناولت في الفصل الثالث، البيوع المعاصرة الضارة المتعلقة بالألعاب، كبيع الألعاب النارية، وبيع الألعاب الكهربائية الخطيرة، وقمت بتعريف هذه البيوع، ومن ثَمّ بيان الأضرار الناجمة عن استخدامها، ثم بينت الحكم الشرعي لبيعها، وفي الفصل الرابع، تحدثت عن البيوع المعاصرة الضارة المتعلقة بالأدوية ومساحيق التجميل، كبيع المنشطات الجنسية المصنّعة، وبيع مساحيق التجميل، وقمت بتعريف هذه البيوع، ومن ثَمّ بيان الأضرار الناجمة عن استخدامها، ثم بينت الحكم الشرعي لبيعها. ثم جاءت الخاتمة، وتناولت فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات، ومن أهمها: إن الأطعمة المعدلة وراثياً مباحة لعدم ثبوت الضرر من تناولها، مشروبات الطاقة مباحة من حيث الأصل، إلا إذا اشتملت على محرم، أو تجاوزت الحد المسموح به فإنها تُحظر وتمنع | ar |
