| dc.description.abstract | GluTrack is an application that connects patients with doctors and their relatives, It aims to help diabetics to monitor their health with their doctors and relatives. It is a cross-platform application, developed using React Native and MySql as a database, reliable, convenient, user friendly, available 24/7, secure, and trusted. The application consists of five users who are patients, their relatives, diabetes doctors, nutrition doctors and administrator. The patient can see the doctors registered in the system with their contact information and book appointments. The doctor adds the patient’s medical record, medications and times for taking them, and general advice to the patient, including sports advice, the patient’s nutrition is followed up by the nutritionist, where he adds diets and calories to the main meals also calculation of obesity rate and glucose rate for the patient. The application also has a calendar to organize tasks and a map to see nearby hospitals, in case the patient is old and cannot book appointments, add tasks ... etc., the relative can add them and see if the medicines were taken on time or not. In addition the relative can also send a request to the patient to track his health condition, so the patient can accept or ignore it. | |
