dc.description.abstractAlthough the development we live in, we need to properly design all departments of government, public and private sectors. It is necessary to consider the need of any public institution to possess specifications and quality measurements to the point of excellence. Therefore, we have paid a lot of attention in this project to make these institutions work as well-designed administrative offices for the category covered, or for the public. The Orphans Fund Foundation, which was established in the city of Ramallah as mentioned above, based on what we propose, needs to be redesigned and remedial. The building must be merged starting from the architectural design then moving to the environmental design, then the structural design in this semester, this semester in Form of study, analysis in architectural, environmental and structural engineering. Finally, we will develop a complete, detailed plan of high-quality building requirements according to certain criteria to adjust and modifications to the building design, so that all parts of the building are individually designed so that each part does not contradict the other. The ultimate goal is to achieve comfortable designs for all departments of the office and facilitate the use of this building, which allows smooth operation without obstacles or problems. This project will have three objectives related to design, time, quality and cost.en_US
