dc.description.abstract	Project’s Abstract: This project, which focuses on a student housing web app and mobile application, is essential because it helps students find suitable accommodations easily. It simplifies the housing search process, offe reliable information, and makes it convenient for students and property owners to connect. Important Aspects: The project's key priorities include creating a user-friendly app with both mobile and web portal apps, providing accurate property information, facilitating student reviews and ratings, enabling secure online payments, supporting the uploading of pictures, videos, and 360 videos for each listed property, in addition to the use of mapping technology, tailoring the platform to Palestinian students, ensuring accessibility for all users. Objectives: • Help students find housing easily • Give them good info and reviews. • Make renting simple. • Improve the overall housing experience for Palestinian students.
