dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the leadership patterns among the teachers of Mathematics in the Northern West Bank governorates (Tulkarem, Nablus, Jenin and Qalqilya). To achieve this goal, the study has been conducted on a sample that consisted of (185) male and female teachers of Mathematics for the upper basic stage (7th, 8th and 9th grades). The researcher used the Descriptive Approach through one of its survey forms due to its appropriateness to the study’s goals. Jamal Ali Scale for Leadership Patterns (2007) was used after which the data was collected and analyzed using the SPSS software. The results of the study have shown that the degree of commonness of leadership patterns on the total scope of the democratic pattern was large and came with a percentage of (72.20%), while the degree of commonness of the leadership patterns on the total scope of the dictatorial pattern was moderate with a percentage of (64.20%). The degree of commonness of the leadership patterns on the total scope of the anarchist pattern was very little with a percentage of (44.20%). The study has also shown that there are statistically-significant differences in the leadership patterns among the male and female teachers of Mathematics for the upper basic stage. The democratic pattern came in first place, next came the dictatorial pattern, while the anarchist pattern came last. The study also showed that there were no statistically-significant differences between the leadership patterns among the teachers of Mathematics for the upper basic stage in the Northern West Bank governorates that are attributed to the sex, years of experience, academic qualification and residence variables. The researcher recommended that the Ministry of Education should shed light on the democratic pattern by clarifying its bases and advantages in order to encourage the teachers of Mathematics to plan and design the policies of teaching Mathematics and involve the students in making decisions, respect their feelings and work on meeting their needs.en
dc.description.abstractهدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى أنماط السلوك القيادي لدى معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية (طولكرم، نابلس، جنينن، قلقيلية)، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف أجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من(185) معلمًا ومعلمة للتربية الرياضية للمرحلة الأساسية العليا(السابع، الثامن، التاسع) وإستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بإحدى طرقه المسحية نظرًا لملائمته لأهداف الدراسة حيث تم إستخدام مقياس جمال علي للأنماط القيادية (2007)، وبعد جمع البيانات تم تحليلها بواسطة برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية (spss)، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة شيوع الأنماط القيادية على المجال الكلي للنمط الديمقراطي جاءت بدرجة كبيرة وبنسبة (72.20)%، ودرجة شيوع الأنماط القيادية على المجال الكلي للنمط الديكتاتوري بدرجة متوسطة وبنسبة(64.20)%، ودرجة شيوع الأنماط القيادية على المجال الكلي للنمط الترسلي (الفوضوي) بدرجة قليلة جدًا وبنسبة(44.20)%، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الانماط القيادية لدى معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية للمرحلة الاساسية العليا حيث جاء النمط الديمقراطي في المرتبة الاولى، يليه النمط الديكتاتوري، وأخيرا النمط الترسلي، بينما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة انه لا توجد فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية بين الأنماط القيادية لدى معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية للمرحلة الاساسية العليا في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي، مكان السكن.أوصت الباحثة بضرورة قيام وزارة التربية والتعليم بتسليط الضوء على النمط الديمقراطي بتوضيح أسسه ومزاياه لحث معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية في رسم سياسات درس التربية الرياضية وإشراك الطلبة في إتخاذ القرارات وإحترام مشاعرهم والعمل على تلبية إحتياجاتهم.ar
