| dc.description.abstract | This Study aimed at Knowing the degree of the availability of Learning Organization for the Pubic schools principals and from their perspectives in Northern and Central governorates in the West Bank. To achieve this aim, the researcher used descriptive statistics by using a questionnaire for collecting the necessary data. The population of the study consisted of (873) all the public schools principals in the above- mentioned governorates . The stratified random sample (400) principals were selected according to the governorate variable. The necessary data were collected and analyzed by using the statistical analysis SPSS. The most important finding was that the degree of the availability of learning organization for the principal was very high with an estimated mean of (4.28). The results also showed that there were no statically differences for the principals due to gender, specialization, qualification and administrative experience, but there were significant differences due to governorate variable in favor of Tulkarm and Salfit governorates respectively. In the light of these findings, the researcher recommended more studies about learning organization of the level of all public and Private School in Palestine. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة توافر خصائص المنظمة المتعلمة لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية ووسطها من وجهات نظرهم. واستخدم في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي باعتماد الاستبانة وسيلة لجمع البيانات، وتألف مجتمع الدراسة من كافة مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية ووسطها والبالغ عددهم (873) مديراً، أما العينة فقد تكونت من (400) مديراً، تم اختيارها بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية على متغير المديرية، وتم جمع البيانات وتحليلها باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن درجة توافر خصائص المنظمة المتعلمة لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية ووسطها كانت كبيرة جداً، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (4.28)، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات مديري المدارس الحكومية لدرجة توافر خصائص المنظمة المتعلمة لديهم تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، والتخصص، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة الإدارية)، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجاباتهم تعزى لمتغير المديرية، لصالح مديرية طولكرم ومديرية سلفيت. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الباحثة بإجراء دراسات علمية أخرى في موضوع المنظمة المتعلمة خاصة على مستوى المدارس الفلسطينية. | ar |
