| dc.description.abstract | نظر العلماء في الروايات اللغوية وصنفوها في مجموعات، واصطلحوا عليها مصطلحات مختلفة، فظهرت ألفاظ خاصة، مثل: (أسامة وأسد وأبو الحارث والذئب وذئب وابن لبون وابن مخاض وابن مطر وأبو جنادب والإنسان، وغيرها)، درسها سيبويه في كتابه من حيث كونها معارف أو نكرات، ودار نقاشه حول هذه القضية، لكن من جاء بعده من علماء اللغة والبلاغة والأصول ناقشوها تحت مصطلحات علم الجنس واسم الجنس والنكرة، وادخلوا المنطق في شرح دلالاتها التي توسعت بدورها من خلال التطبيقات النحوية والأصولية والبلاغية والمنطقية. ويقع البحث في أربعة مباحث: 1) خصصت المبحث الأول لدلالة علم الجنس واسم الجنس، و فيه إن علم الجنس يدل على الماهية بالوضع، واسم الجنس يدل على الماهية مع قرينة تصرفه للفرد الخارجي، فصورة الأسد من حيث خصوصها علم للجنس، و من حيث عمومها اسم للجنس. 2) ناقشت في المبحث الثاني الفرق بين المصطلحين، وذلك لحاجة العلماء لتحديد دلالة كل منهما، وذكر العلماء مجموعة فروق، تتلخص بأن علم الجنس ما وضع للحقيقة من حيث تعينها ذهنا، واسم الجنس ما وضع للحقيقة من حيث صدقها على كثيرين. 3) ناقشت في المبحث الثالث، الفرق بين اسم الجنس والنكرة، وخلاصته أن اسم الجنس معناه الحقيقة المشتركة بين كثيرين، والنكرة موضوعة لفرد غير معين، فرجل مثلا اسم جنس باعتبار انه يشترك بين كثيرين، ونكرة باعتبار إطلاقه على فرد غير معين. 4) وجاء في المبحث الرابع جوانب تطبيقية عند علماء الأصول والفقه والبلاغة، مع التركيز على ظاهرة العموم والاستغراق وأثرها في المعنى. وقد عبر الدماميني عن الإشكالية التي يناقشها البحث بقوله: "انه لافرق بين علم الجنس واسمه والنكرة، من حيث المعنى، إنما من جهة التعريف". | ar |
