| dc.description.abstract | تعدُّ مصلحة الحفاظ على النفس من الكليات الكبرى التي أشارت الشريعة الإسلامية بالحفاظ عليها من ناحية الوجود والعدم، وقد رغبت الإنسان في التداوي من كل داء في هذه الحياة، ومن أجل رغبة الإنسان في العيش سعى جاهدا للعناية بهذا المكسب من خلال العلم فتطورت علوم الطب بنحو غير مسبوق للمرَّة، فظهرت حاجة الإنسان إلى الأعضاء فواكبها هذا التطور، والآن ظهر ما يسمى بالزراعة العضوية الحيوانية وهي نقل الأعضاء من الحيوان إلى الإنســان، ودراستنا ترمي إلى تسليط الضوء على هذا الموضوع الذي لم يدرس سلفا خاصة من الناحيتين الطبية والفقهية، كون هذا الحدث مازال يكتنفه الغموض الكثير، ونسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى فتح آفاق للبحث الجاد فيه. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Islamic law seeks to preserve human life, and works hard to keep up with contemporary science, among these sciences is medicine, in which the phenomenon of organ transplantation from animal to human, and we aim through this study to seek the opinion of medicine and jurisprudence in this new incident, because this type of organ transplants is still vague and incomprehensible to the moment. what is the view of Islamic law in this medical incident?, Can scientists decide whether or not they are still under consideration?.
